Build a checklist and response outline to guide a bid team. Citations and completeness need human review before use.

The product direction

One place for the bid lifecycle.

The goal is to connect opportunity discovery, compliance review, response work, submission tracking and contract renewals. These are planned stages, not a claim that they already work in Govward.

No software can decide eligibility, verify past performance or submit a bid safely on its own. The contractor remains responsible for source checks, approvals and deadlines.
